No. Silver-plated copper has a copper base with a surface layer of silver. Sterling silver is an alloy containing 92.5% silver. These are different materials and need to be described separately.

Three bangle previews now show seller-listed specifications for a 925 sterling silver version: Coral Lace Cuff, Tatting-Inspired Bangle, and Window Lace Bangle. Other pieces retain their planned silver-plated copper option. The composition of each piece, including earring posts, chains, and other components where relevant, will be verified and listed before ordering opens. The appearance of a preview photograph does not confirm its metal content.

As a general precaution, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and household cleaners. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately in a dry pouch. Avoid abrasive polishing and silver dips unless the product’s care instructions specifically allow them, as they can damage a plated finish.

Plating can wear with use. Final care advice will be provided for each confirmed material and design before launch.

We do not currently make waterproof, nickel-free, or hypoallergenic claims for the preview collection. Material and component details have not yet been confirmed for every piece. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the final information for all skin-contact components, particularly earring posts, before ordering.

Final measurements and available sizes will be listed before a piece goes on sale. Dimensions will use millimeters and inches; rings will include applicable US sizes or a verified fit range. Do not estimate size from campaign images. AI try-on images are illustrative and are not a measurement guide.

Chain inclusion, pendant dimensions, earring weight, and bracelet fit will be stated where relevant. Preview images can include styling pieces that are not part of the final product.

When ordering opens, orders will be packed and dispatched from California, ZIP code 94030. California is the fulfillment location; it is not a claim that the jewelry is made in the United States.

Our current shipping plan allows 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 2–5 business days in transit after carrier acceptance within the contiguous United States. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking will be provided after dispatch. Read the shipping and return policy for details.

Each piece is planned to ship in a jewelry pouch inside a protective padded mailer. Gift boxes, gift wrapping, and free shipping are not currently promised.

The initial shipping area is the contiguous 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, and international destinations are not currently included. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout when ordering opens.

Our planned change-of-mind policy allows return requests within 7 calendar days after delivery and mailing within 7 calendar days after approval. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with their packaging and included components. Pierced earrings must not have been worn through a piercing. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; original shipping is not refunded except where required by law. No restocking fee applies.

For ordinary approved returns, we inspect the items and initiate the original-payment refund within 5 business days after receipt; banks may take additional time. Any shorter legal deadline takes precedence. Direct exchanges are not offered. These terms do not limit applicable rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. Customer support details and the California return address will be confirmed before ordering opens.

No. Collection cards use product photographs from JinSizzle’s source posts. Campaign portraits and virtual try-on images are AI-generated illustrations, as labeled. They may not show exact scale, fit, or every design detail. Use the product photographs and verified specifications when deciding on a piece.
